I’ve just started buying puffed kamut again!
In 1 cup of puffed kamut:
I eat it as an alternative to popcorn, cereal, oatmeal, chips, crackers. It satisfies almost any snack attack I have without being crazy unhealthy. You can prepare it hot or cold with milk or milk substitute. I like to mix 1/2c kamut with 1/4c hot almond milk to make a sort of sweet oatmeal. You can find puffed kamut at most organic co-ops or health food stores!
